We are domain agnostic and are happy to look at any idea as long as you are passionate about it. We typically fund technology oriented companies, web or mobile-based or other software companies, but we are open to hear you out even if the idea doesn’t fit the normal criteria.

We do our best to avoid accepting competitive companies into the same program class. However, it is possible that there may be competitive companies in the broader IA & GAN network. Anyways, we absolutely ensure there is no exchange of sensitive data.

Like you, we’re entrepreneurs. We think that the value of the learning, building, networking, and mentoring provided by the program is of tremendous value. The IA program will provide you with the healthiest possible start and greatly improve your chances for success and sustainability. Once we invest, we’re motivated to help you succeed by introducing you to people who can help, assisting you with strategy, building your technology, refining your thought process, finding more investors, and generally helping you win all along your entrepreneurial journey. We are in this with you for the long haul. That’s a pretty good deal for both of us.

You are most welcome to come over for a coffee. Not that it will help your application though.

Absolutely. We do require that you be primarily based on site during the accelerator program. This benefits you because you can take advantage of the numerous learning opportunities, networking and coaching that will be provided. You will need to have close interactions with all the teams working on your idea – Technology, Marketing etc.

IA is a major commitment, both from your and equally our side. And we expect you to be around most of the time. However, we are not a school or a hostel. It’s your company, you c all the shots, so traveling as necessary for business or family requirements is okay by us.

Preferably Yes. We look for 16 week cohort followed by 9-month commitment. As we said, it’s your company, so live wherever you want to.

We provide end-to-end services required by your start-up to be launched successfully in the market. Exceptional Technical services, Digital marketing, legal, financial, Nice coworking spaces, meeting rooms, super-fast and reliable wireless Internet access are the norm. And of course, the massive amount of perks being part of GAN that IA companies automatically receive. Basically, we’ll help you get everything covered with minimal expense. We just want you to focus on creating a great product while you’re here, and not have to worry about all this other stuff.

We provide the seed funding to get you going, but you may well need more funding to really make it. Near the end of the 16 week program, we’ll organize a Demo Day where angel investors and venture capitalists will check out your technology and listen to your pitch. We’ll coach you so you’re as effective as possible, and do everything we can do help get you follow on funding. We may also fund your company further through GAN Ventures, IA Ventures, IAAN, CAN etc.

IA wants to be viewed as a co-founder. In a nutshell, we don’t want any special or controlling interests in your company. We won’t ask for a board seat or for any uncommon investor rights. You are the boss and will continue to run the show. We just want to be the enabler to your success, to provide you the escape velocity needed to be launched successfully!

We will choose great founders who are proposing ideas or products that solve real problems or create meaningful innovations. For us, it’s primarily about the team and then comes your idea, your value proposition. We shall help round out your team with business, technical, and other necessary skills and help you make progress on your prototype or product. What you need to show us is that you’ve really thought about your business and have gotten off your butt to do something about it.
