Refund Policy
1. Booking Cancellation and Refunds:
- Seat Booking & Food Orders:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the booking time.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 12-24 hours prior to the booking time.
- No refund if cancelled less than 12 hours before the booking time.
- Event Cancellation (25 seats or fewer):
- 100% refund if cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event date.
- For bookings made within 7 days of the event, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
- 75% refund if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the event date.
- Event Cancellation (25 to 50 seats):
- 100% refund if cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event date.
- For bookings made within 7 days of the event, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
- 50% refund if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the event date.
2. Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@indiaaccelerator.co.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the refund request.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used for the booking.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Certain promotional offers, discounted rates, or special packages may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
4. India Accelerator's Right to Cancellation:
- India Accelerator reserves the right to cancel any booking at its sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance issues, or other reasons.
- In such cases, clients will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided.
5. Amendments and Rescheduling:
- Requests for amendments or rescheduling of bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Any difference in pricing resulting from the amendment or rescheduling will be borne by the client.
6. Extenuating Circumstances:
- In case of extenuating circumstances beyond India Accelerator's control, such as natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or other force majeure events, the company reserves the right to modify its refund policy temporarily.
- Clients will be notified of any such modifications and the applicable terms for their bookings.
