3. Space Usage:

• Clients must sign a contract for space usage, which outlines the specific terms, duration, and fees associated with their booking.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the spaces they use and must adhere to any guidelines provided by India Accelerator.
• Clients must vacate the premises at the end of their booking period unless an extension is agreed upon in writing.

4. Payment and Refunds:

• Payment terms will be specified in the contract signed between India Accelerator and the client.
• Refunds for cancellations or unused services will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• India Accelerator reserves the right to modify the pricing of its services at any time without prior notice.

5. Liability:

• India Accelerator is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of clients' personal belongings while using our services.
• Clients are solely responsible for their actions and any damages caused to India Accelerator's property or other individuals.
• India Accelerator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

6. Prohibited Activities:

• Clients must not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities while using our services.
• Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, smoking, consuming alcohol (except during authorized events), using illegal substances, harassing others, or violating intellectual property rights.
• India Accelerator reserves the right to immediately terminate the services and remove any client engaging in prohibited activities without refund.

7. Intellectual Property:

• All content, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website or within our premises are the property of India Accelerator and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Termination:

• India Accelerator reserves the right to terminate or suspend a client's access to our services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of termination, clients will be refunded any unused portion of their booking in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Changes to the Terms:

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website.
• It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
